Healthy Alfredo Sauce & Spaghetti Squash Recipe!

I have had some challengers asking for healthy recipes and this one seemed to spark a lot of interest. Not only is it healthy, it is low in calories and delicious!! Post below or email me at if you give it a try — let me know if you like it or what could be added! 🙂

**Clean-Eating CREAMY ALFREDO**

1 Spaghetti Squash
1/2 cup Milk of your choice (Whole milk will make the sauce thicker, rice milk will make it thinner. Do whateva you want!)
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt

*Bake the spaghetti squash at 350 degrees until soft (generally about an hour).

*Next, whisk the greek yogurt & milk in a saucepan over a low heat.

*Add in the parmesan and garlic salt and continue to whisk until there are no lumps. Keep the heat very low and whisk occasionally. The sauce will thicken a bit as it warms, this usually takes about 5 minutes.

*Once the squash is thoroughly basked, scrape it out & place the contents into a large bowl. After the “alfredo” is at your desired consistency, pour over the squash, mixing as you go.
